Here at Field Sales Solutions, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Operations Executive!
In return we can offer you a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum plus benefits!
As our Operations Executive, you will deliver a high-quality service to Internal and External clients within agreed standards and procedures.
What will you be doing as our Operations Executive?
- Providing accurate excel, administrative & operational support.
- Managing all fleet related queries from our field teams, accounts teams & Fleet Management company.
- Managing all vehicle movements and recovering vehicle damage costs from drivers.
- Assisting in the preparation and production of presentation material & feedback.
- Communicating with the field, Head Office, client, and supplier personnel in a professional & efficient manner, ensuring relevant processes are adhered to.
- Assisting the field team with expense queries and checking fleet invoices.
What will you need to be our Operations Executive?
- Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner.
- Ability to approach & resolve sensitive situations
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A full clean UK driving licence
- Live within reasonable commutable distance to Thame in Oxfordshire.
