This role requires an enthusiastic and dedicated Alumni Relations Manager to facilitate the connection between the university and its alumni community. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and implementing engagement strategies and have a passion for fostering relationships.

Description
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni effectively.
  • Organise and manage alumni events, reunions and networking opportunities.
  • Oversee the alumni communication channels such as newsletters, social media and website.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to promote university achievements and initiatives.
  • Facilitate opportunities for alumni to contribute to the university community.
  • Track and report on alumni engagement metrics.
  • Manage alumni data and ensure its accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of alumni relations staff.


Profile

A successful Alumni Relations Manager should have:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Experience in alumni relations or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • A creative approach to developing engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and databases.
