An exhilarating opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead a cross-functional team. The successful candidate would manage teams across sales, retail, eComm, customer care and marketing to drive business growth and market position in a competitive landscape. This role will require a combination of field and office based work including national travel. Note this is not a homebased role.

Description
- Create distribution targets and strategies to execute in line with the Brand Manager
- Manage a team of account managers and field sales as well as managing some key accounts yourself
- Manage the marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned with sales and brand as well as producing clear marketing comms internally and externally
- Consistently analyse and report on performance of the business and key market trends
- Forecasting of sales on a monthly basis
- Work with the brand manager to lead on retail strategy, manage the retail team and lead on retail opportunities
- Lead a customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Report to the Country Manager / MD to for the UK
Profile
A successful Sales & Marketing Manager should have:
- Extensive experience across sales and marketing
- A background in luxury markets. Watches would be a bonus, but open to jewelry, beauty, fashion
- Excellent leadership skills, with proven ability to motivate a team
- Able to create and lead on strategies across sales and marketing
- Analytically minded with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A deep understanding of the retail industry and market dynamics
- This is NOT a homebased contract. The candidate would be either in the office or in trade 5 days a week
