This newly created NAM (two days in London) will see you take responsibility for managing their Discounters and High Street customers. You’ll be reporting into the Channel Controller who’s started as a NAM four years ago and now leading the channel! This role is not for everybody and won’t be a walk in the park, as there won’t be anywhere to hide. This is a high-profile role with high expectations but gives you a genuine opportunity to make a difference and name for yourself. This isn’t just about maintaining a JBP, it’s about pushing boundaries on bottom line P&L, increasing margin, innovation and thinking outside the box!
Key responsibilities –
- Full P&L responsibility on Discount & High Street customers. Support the shape and development of the Discount & High Street channel strategy. Cross-functional work across Category, Marketing, Finance & Customer Service. Regular sales forecasting, tracking, analysing and reporting. Build strong relationships with key industry contacts.
You will be/have
- Highly numerate – previously managed a P&L (ideally Retail) Open to Executive stepping up with P&L exposure. Genuinely care – high energy, passionate & resilient. Creative – think outside the box. Strong analytical skills. Confident self-starter with loads of energy.
