Our client has grown 50% YoY over the last 3 years.  This has been achieved through creating personality across their brand and standing out as different from the “grey offering” of competitors.

They have taken share through focus on category niches in the chilled food category and applied “smart branding” to retain and increase consumer loyalty.

Continued growth requires an individual who has the ability to operate in the board room of a fast-paced environment and lead a small sales team.  You will initially be hands on overseeing some day-to-day operation in both retail and foodservice customers so your appetite to “roll up the sleeves” is key to the success in this business.

Your background and attitude will fit together, creating a well-rounded commercial individual hungry to support others and develop the business around you.  With a nose for an opportunity, you will be hungry for success which will be delivered here with space at the top table once your pedigree is proven.

This will be your 3rd or 4th career move and ideally of graduate caliber to reach the full potential of future leadership roles in the business.
