- Developing Insights for the business using a mixture of data.
Client Details
An employee-centric business with their teams and shoppers/consumers at the heart of what they do, they are now looking for a Category Insights Manager to join their team. They are ideally looking for someone who wants to work part time, 3 days per week, but are open to full time.
Description
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities and issues to make recommendations
- Analysing performance and marketing activity using actionable insights to make recommendations
- Utilising secondary research sources to gather information
- Managing relationships with 3rd parties
- Planogram updates based on changes
- Developing consumer and shopper insights and embedding into relevant plans
- Utilising online customer panels
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within a similar role in an FMCG Business is essential
- Demonstrable experience in using continuous data sources
- Proven experience of working with retailers
- A strong understanding of Category and how it works within the wider functions
- Experience in turning data into actionable insight
- Strong presenting and influencing skills
Job Offer
A salary of up to £55,000 (pro-rata'd for part time) is on offer + benefits for the successful candidate
