Sales Manager – LWC Drinks

Our client, LWC was founded in 1979 and since then has grown from a small start-up to the “fastest growing privately owned drinks company in the UK." They are also the largest independent wholesaler of beers, wines and spirits in the UK with an annual turnover of some £800 million ( and growing ).

We have been retained to identify an accomplished individual to take on the leadership of the sales team in the south / south-east of the country.

The main thrust of the role will be to manage, train and mentor the sales team, so we are seeking an accomplished and experienced man manager for this role. You should be able to demonstrate a structured approach to people management over at least three years and to be able to clearly identify results you have achieved via others. We are also looking for well-polished sales, people management, mentoring and training skills. On trade experience is essential please.
