A Grocery National Account Manager to drive sales and profitability within a brand & own label leader within FMCG, across both ambient & chilled. The ideal candidate will manage a key grocery retailer, unlocking growth opportunities as well as ensuring the JBP delivery.

Description
  • Manage key grocery accounts to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Unlock new business wins inline with growth agenda.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.


Profile

A successful National Account Manager - Grocery should have:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrable delivery of success within a Grocer, with an understanding of both brand and private label.
  • Enjoys & thrives on accountability, able to be the voice of the company and customer.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to access W. London 3 days pw


Job Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging between £60,000 - £70,000 + CA
