The right candidate will:

• Have proven content creation or digital content production experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM principles.
• Experience with digital photography, video shooting, and editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Skills with digital content tools such as Canva.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsible for:

• Bringing fresh ideas to the table that align with the brand aesthetic and tone.
• Create engaging and impactful content driving brand awareness and engagement.
• Be at the forefront of social media trends, tools and practices.
• Working closely with the Brand and marketing Lead, aligning the content calendar with ATL campaigns.
• Develop, produce, and maintain compelling content such as images, animations, videos, etc., across various digital platforms including blogs, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), websites, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create innovative content ideas.
• Edit video content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Analyse content performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness, making recommendations based on these insights.
• Stay up-to-date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
