Description
- Lead and manage the Retail Department's quality assurance processes and team.
- Develop and implement effective QA strategies and plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in retail quality assurance.
- Ensure all QA activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Profile
A successful Head of QA should have:
- A degree in a related field such as Business or Quality Management.
- Expertise in senior technical role working with licensed goods.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the toy goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
