The current MD is set to semi-retire and move into a portfolio career next year. This has created an opportunity for someone to lead the business and coach and mentor the next generation of the family.

The current MD will leave the business in a very healthy state. There won't be a big turnaround to perform and instead, the role will focus on looking at what next, and how they can grow and develop the team.

The role would suit a professional in the fresh food sector who has a track record of delivering successful business with supermarkets. You will need to be a strong coach and mentor and be able to take people under your wing to see them develop.
