Our client is already a leader in the garden accessories , however a recent merger with an associated company in the ironmongery and hardware category opens a world of opportunity to cross-fertilise customer bases and to expand both categories quite substantially. The opportunities are massive, and requires the appointment of two additional Business Development Managers to help capitalise on this opportunity. To that end we have been briefed to find one person in the Midlands and another in the south-east of the country.

To be considered for one of these exciting roles you should ideally already be selling into either independent garden centres or independent hardware/DIY stores, and you should be capable of covering large areas under your own initiative, and without the need to constantly refer to a manager.
