Field Sales Executive ( Independent DIY / Garden Centre Channel ).

Our client is Stax Trade Centres, who have retained us to identify and to recruit an accomplished individual to take up the position of Field Sales Executive for the east of England area.

As the largest non-food cash and carry and delivered wholesaler in the UK, Stax offer a range of over 40,000 products across multiple categories, and supplying numerous customers from independent DIY / Hardware stores and garden Centres to internet traders, buying groups and others too.

Their continuing success means they are now looking to add another member to their already 16-strong sales team across the UK, in order to meet customer demand and commercial opportunity in and around the northern home counties. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should ideally live in Eastern England ( no further north than Peterborough, and not within the area inside the M25 please ). To be clear, this also includes Norfolk, Suffolk and the northern home counties.

Working Monday to Friday you will be responsible for growing sales and profitability from an established customer base, but also importantly bringing on board new customers.

Having a field sales background associated with a relevant product range, particularly in the DIY and / or Garden categories would be preferable, as well as existing relationships with the independent DIY / Hardware and garden centre channels.
