What experience do I need?

Experience in produce, managing a large P&L for a top 4 retailer will be key to success in this role. You'll have a reputation for developing long-term mutually beneficial relationships and experience of leading projects and seeing them through from start to finish. Your strong commercial mindset will be complemented by your enthusiasm for bringing new ideas to the table and being creative in your approach to developing and winning business.
