Description
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and boost sales.
- Train, mentor and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage store inventory and ensure product availability.
- Implement promotional activities to drive store traffic and increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all store activities align with the company's policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
Profile
A successful Assistant Store Manager should have:
- Proven experience in retail management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software.
- A passion or knowledge of arts and crafts would be ideal
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
