About the role

Working closely with the Commercial Director and senior management to develop a comprehensive sales strategy, you'll be setting goals, defining targets and creating plans to achieve revenue and profit objectives. Monitoring and analysing sales performance will also play a part of course, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Setting the pricing and promotional plan for each customer range and leading negotiations with customers will see you customer facing and bring your sales and negotation skills to life.



What experience do I need?

You'll have a background in Food & Fresh produce, with plenty of experience dealing with the major retailers and a track record of developing and delivering profitable sales and profit growth through your strong selling and influencing skills.
