National Account Executive for an ambitious health and wellness business

Location: Hampshire H/O – minimum 1 day a week in office

Salary £35k + Package

 

Client:

  • Well-established and trusted health and wellness business, who are going from strength to strength
  • Starting within the pharmacy space, they have broadened into Grocery and have achieved double digit growth
  • With a science first approach, the business are a very credible brand and have a loyal consumer base, producing high quality products that add real value to the lives of their customers 
  • Are now looking to hire a new National Account Executive to join their growing sales team.

 

In the role you will:

  • Take ownership of key Grocery and High Street Pharmacy accounts.
  • Build relationships with your account base, being first point of contact and working to drive sales.
  • Identify any new business opportunities and ensure you are meeting business KPIs.
  • Work closely with financial data, market trends and competitor analysis – you will be comfortable with data.
  • Report on sales weekly and monthly, sharing findings with the wider team.
  • Be P&L responsible for your accounts, managing budgets and forecasting on sales.
  • Collaborate with the wider team – most notably sales, operations and marketing, including support the marketing team with activations.

 

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a resilient, highly numerate (strong on Excel), commercially aware individual that is looking to take the next step in their career.
  • Will be working at National Account level already (with minimum 2-3 years experience).
  • Will have experience across Grocery or High Street Pharmacy already.
  • Can evidence success presenting to retailers, managing JBPs and range reviews.
  • The business are committed to professional development and will be supporting you to work towards a National Account Manager role in the next 12-18 months.
