You'll need a relevant background in supply chain and/or procurement in the fresh produce sector to be considered. In essence, you will need to "speak grower". We know how challenging that can be at times, especially with the challenges we have had recently with floods, inflation, Brexit, covid etc..the list goes on. If you've navigated those challenges and your grower partners are still speaking to you on good terms, you could be the person I'm looking for.
