THE ROLE:
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our company in a senior man management capacity.
You will be responsible for driving sales within major foodservice independents across the North of England and Scotland via a team of 7 (6 in sales plus 1 admin support).
The main focus of the role is to demonstrate high levels of account retention with accounts already on board – whilst at the same time support and drive the team to win further new accounts in the area.
The account base/prospect accounts are large independent accounts in the North and Scotland that fall outside of National Accounts.
This includes large accounts within stadia, leisure, arenas, pub groups, hotels, healthcare and Leisure.
In addition to driving performance and strategy within the team – you will also be responsible for managing directly a small portfolio of the most prestigious accounts
THE APPLICANT:
This is a great opportunity for a Senior man manager within Foodservice wholesale to work in a strategic position for a market leader.
- Candidates must have Sales Management experience within the Foodservice wholesale sector
- Candidates must have fully managed sales teams driving business with independent end users
- Candidates with wholesale experience within Key Accounts and National Accounts level will be strongly welcomed
- Candidates have a structured approach, strong IT skills and a relationship led approach
