This SME style food and drink manufacturer is leading their category in a market dominated by large international brands.  Oh, and they are winning!!  The recipe for success comes from the creation of brilliant products, innovative NPD and a fast-acting autonomous team who are empowered to make their own decisions.

This mix has created an environment where year on year growth is above trend and recent equity investment will enable further expansion into new categories and channels.  To achieve their growth targets, they require a free thinking, commercial manager who is comfortable making their own decisions and being part of a team environment where the opportunity to try out new ideas is encouraged.

You will be managing some existing listings in convenience and top 4 customers whilst targeting new opportunities across the convenience, impulse and wholesale players, who just don’t know about this fantastic product just yet.

As a relationship builder, you love getting out in front of customers to sell new ideas and from this will have the autonomy to grow new markets AND a team when the time is right.
