An exciting opportunity for a talented and results-driven eCommerce Manager to help drive the online sales efforts and overall eCommerce business to new heights for this established retailer brand.

Description

As the eCommerce Manager, you will take ownership of the portfolio of websites, ensuring they remain effective, up-to-date, and aligned with the business goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, improving user experiences, and ensuring the success of the eCommerce initiatives.
  • Utilise BI and analytics tools to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve trading outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set yearly trading and promotional plans to maximise ROI
  • Carry out market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Devise PPC and SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic acquisition
  • Monitor customer feedback and troubleshoot website usability issues
  • Daily merchandising and maintenance of the eCommerce websites, ensuring the UX and CEX are optimal
  • Implement A/B testing and optimisation methods to refine personalisation efforts
  • Work with a 3rd party platform providers to develop and execute a comprehensive personalisation strategy
  • Utilise data analytics tools to track eCommerce performance and analyse key metrics
  • Produce regular reports and insights on website engagement to the wider business
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and deliver recommendations to cross-functional departments to adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage 2 x Direct Reports




Profile

A successful eCommerce Manager should have:
  • At least 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Able to demonstrate a solid track record of driving B2C/DTC sales growth
  • Exceptional communication, project management and problem solving skills
  • Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and website management
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in eCommerce analytics tools
