Head of Sales - own label

Are you a strong people leader who enjoys a mix of people management, sales strategy and hands on senior level influencing with major customers?

This mid size own label food & drink manufacturing business have invested in their factory giving them increased capacity and they know from price and npd enquiries (and market data) that there is more business for them to win.

The incoming person will join the senior leadership team of 6 people and will be expected to contribute to strategy and drive sales in grocery retail, wholesale and OOH by maintaining senior level relationships on the buying side and managing the national accounts team day to day.

The site is based around Milton Keynes / Luton area and the role is 2 days site based.

Salary negotiable circa 75-80 + ca + bonus
