This position is for an Ecommerce Executive in the fast-moving consumer goods brand, specifically within the FMCG industry. The role is based in Surrey and requires a proactive individual with a knack for digital platforms and customer engagement.

  • Support the Ecommerce team in managing online sales and customer engagement.
  • Assist in the development of Amazon sales.
  • Contribute to product data management, ensuring all online listings are up to date and accurate.
  • Work with the marketing team to create engaging online content for product promotion.
  • Monitor and report on ecommerce performance and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Help in managing relationships with external ecommerce partners and vendors.
  • Stay updated on latest industry trends and technologies to drive ecommerce innovation.


A successful Ecommerce Assistant should have:
  • A qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or ecommerce role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills for tracking ecommerce performance and customer behaviour.
  • Great team-working skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
