Here at Signature, we have an existing partnership with a fantastic personal care business, known for its natural and organic products. The business is looking to hire an eCommerce National Account Manager to join the team and excel in their growth! This SME will allow you to make a real impact on the business, alongside developing your skills within eCommerce account management.

This is a home-based role, requiring travel to their UK office once or twice a month.

Within the role, you will have full responsibility for the Ocado account, whilst also looking after some of their online accounts, alongside looking to win new business with other online retailers! You will work closely with the Head of eCommerce, who will provide support and play a vital part in your development!

The ideal candidate will have:

• eCommerce account management experience
• P&L experience
• Be able to work cross-functionally
• Collaboration & communication skills (teamwork)
• Be a ‘self-starter’
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset – can roll their sleeves up!
• Hunger & desire to win new business
