The role is located in London and the reason is you will be contributing to the external communication activities and you will be working with internal and external teams. You will be working at the Resilient Garden of the 2024 Chelsea Flower Show as well as as an annual conference of the world forum in September 2025.
Client Details
You will be working with a client that focuses on a reinsurance programme that increases the accessibility and affordability of flood coverage. The company liaises with the UK government and insurers. You will be reporting to the Head of Communications and stakeholder engagement.
Description
- Meeting administration including scheduling availability, acting, and sharing results.
- Administration of regulatory paperwork (H&S, site safety, risk assessments etc.) paperwork to relevant organisations (eg conference and exhibition organisers).
- You will be organising RSVPs and event invites with a separate mailbox.
- Managing Venues as well as helping to host events
- You will be doing online research and then present your findings
- Hospitality booking and amendments
- You will be constantly updating and preserving project files
- Liaising with vendors where necessary.
- Maintaining checklists and ensuring project team members are on track to deliver on their responsibilities.
Profile
- You must have great planning and organization skills
- You have knowledge of MS office which includes: word, excel and power point
- You are able to take on board multiple tasks at once
- You have a strong eye to detail
- You are an confident individual with the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary of £40,000-£45,000
