A Brand Manager role driving growth and developing strategies for a leading beauty brand. The role involves managing and executing marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Client Details

A leading FMCG beauty business with a portfolio of instantly recognisable brands, they are now looking for a Brand Manager to join their fast paced and fun team!


You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing effective brand strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analysing brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Managing the A&P & NPD budget and ensure a high return on investment.
  • Presenting and report on brand performance and initiatives to senior management.
  • Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.


The successful Brand Manager will have:
  • Experience within a similar role within a Beauty business
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A creative mind coupled with a customer-centric approach.

Job Offer

A salary of up to £40,000 + benefits is on offer for the successful candidate
