We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead our largest brand from a global perspective, driving the brand's growth and presence in the children's toys and art category.

  • Develop and implement innovative brand strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Develop a comms strategy with a heavy focus on digital and YouTube
  • Coordinate with NPD team to develop and execute innovation pipeline
  • Analyse consumer trends and market research to inform brand strategies
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Oversee branding budgets and measure ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain knowledge of similar industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Implement brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels
