- Manage Customers and Partner relationships in full alignment with the Group business strategy
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to over achieve the yearly sales targets.

Description
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Identifying emerging markets/customers to find new sales opportunities
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Negotiate price increasing and terms and conditions in line with Group policies
ProfileA passion for beer and knowledge of the industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proven sales experience, preferably within the BWS sector
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
