National Account Manager - Convenience

Our Client

  • If you have a background in Sales / National Accounts, gained within the Food & Drink sector, as a National Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Customer Development Manager, then this opportunity could be an ideal one for you.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have experience gained in a National Account Management role, or in a similar Business Development or Customer Development Manager role.
  • Will have a variety of customer interface experience gained across the Convenience and / or the Out of Home sector.
  • Will have a positive, growth mindset combined with a customer focused approach.
  • Will be a credible and confident communicator with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills and have the ability to flex their style as appropriate.
  • Will be capable of both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

The Role

  • Will give you the autonomy and responsibility to manage and grow the business within Head Office managed customers, across both the Convenience and Out of Home channels.
  • You will be required to build effective, long-term relationships to deliver profitable and sustainable growth within your customer base. Developing a true partnership-based approach and agreeing / executing Joint Business Plans will be key to your success in the role.
  • Will see you take a prominent role in delivering their ambitious plans to enter newly identified sectors, by providing innovative solutions and forging new business partnerships.
  • This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for personal development, who will thrive on the challenge of growing and developing within the Business Unit, whilst at the same time being part of a global, multibillion-dollar business.
