Job Details

The autonomous division of a UK family food group has created its own niche with sustainable products delivered through sustainable packaging and supply chains.

Consumers love the brand and the equity it offers not to mention the great taste and innovation it has brought to the food industry.

Their products have offered revolutionary thinking to the “at home cook” and created a new culture in how to feed a hungry family with fantastically flavoured dishes.

The next stage of growth is now targeted to expand the range into Foodservice and out of home restaurant and fine dining markets through wholesale partners such as Thomas Ridley and Creed.  To deliver this you’ll be involved across the manufacturing spectrum from production and supply planning through to JBP’s and CPI’s.  However, the starting point will be about building relationships with customers to increase awareness of the breadth of range available in this sustainability focused business.

To be successful, you need the ability build an understanding of customers’ needs through one-to-one engagement whilst aligning within the business to their B Corp values of sustainability and partnering enterprise.

Your reward will be close development of your commercial skill set to elevate you into future progression within this division or the wider group.
