Job Details

Our client:

  • This business is the exclusive distributor for a number of the UK’s most disruptive spirits brands
  • It has a leading portfolio with a core focus on Rum, Tequila and Whisky categories
  • In high growth and with a number of exciting NPD projects in the pipeline it is investing into the growth of its team
  • The company is seeking a National Account Manager for On-Trade Route to Market to lead on the most important customers in this channel and manage a small team


The role:

  • As National Account Manager be responsible a portfolio of strategic RTM customers including Matthew Clark, Molson Coors, LWC and Carlsberg Marstons
  • Lead and develop a Key Account Manager tasked with supporting on national initiatives and activations whilst managing regional wholesale partners
  • Network with 3rd party sales teams to maximise brand distribution and visibility
  • Create and executive the national RTM strategy in conjunction with the Head of On-Trade


Ideal candidate:

  • Experience as a National Account Manager or Sales Manager working with On-Trade RTM partners Knowledge and interest in the premium spirits category Strong commercial ability and negotiation skills 
  • Personable with the ability to influence, lead and motivate a team
