Retail Business Development Account Manager – Fresh Produce
Hybrid role Hamburg, Germany.
Up to €100k + Company Car + 15% Bonus
Our client:

- We are looking for a Retail Business Development Account Manager to grow their distribution amongst German Retail groups.
The role: Retail Business Development Account Manager - Germany
- Be part of an amazing commercial team and have a real impact delivering sales results reporting into the Commercial Director - Germany
- Key player with full P+L responsibility with leading retailer distribution across Germany.
- Cross functional role working closely with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and initiatives.
- Represent the company in thrilling exhibitions and conferences, engaging with dynamic audiences to showcase our innovative offerings!
- As a Retail Business Development Manager, you will drive sales, promo prices and trade discounts with retail independent store owners
Ideal candidate:
- Sales Manager/Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager or equivalent experience handling multiple retail accounts. Solid FMCG Fresh Produce / Fresh Food experience with major German retailers. Excellent business development, negotiation and communication skills Ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on market insights. Fluency in German and English
Benefits & details:
- €80,000 – 100,000k + Company Car, 15% Bonus + Benefits
- Hybrid role – Office based in Hamburg, Retail Customers and Working from Home
