The role:

  • UK National Account Manager responsible for a variety of major UK retail accounts
  • These may include JLP, Hobbycraft, WH Smith & Costco amongst others
  • Will also need to drive and develop new business across new customer channels including grocery & e-commerce
  • Will have full P&L responsibility, do all costings and be diligent with numbers
  • Must be personable, high energy and a people person
  • Will report into UK Head of Sales

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience within a non-food consumer goods category such as toys, nursery, housewares of a related product area 
  • Operated at Key or National Account level with relevant retail experience. Exposure to the retailers listed above would be beneficial but not essential
  • Enjoy a mix of account management and new business development
  • Have a passion for the toy industry and be open to operating in a small business
  • Be personable, likeable and a great relationship builder
  • Ideally you will be Midlands based and looking for a hybrid role
