We’re looking for a Junior NAM or NAE, or even someone operating in regional sales who wants to make the step into national account management, to step into a National Account Manager role responsible for Wholesale customers who cater for independents, and the Irish Retail business via a Distribution Partner. You can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you can travel to the office in London weekly. You will report to a Retail & Wholesale Lead who is a breath of fresh air and who has a drive and way about her which you’re just in awe of. She’s super inspirational, pushes to achieve what’s possible and supports those around her to develop and win for the team. An inspiring character who brings energy! The role of the Wholesale National Account Manager includes:-
P&L accountability and JBP management
Transform a business which has been reactive into something meaningful, building relationships with key stakeholders
Taking the initiative and having the freedom to experiment to deliver your plan – it’s not all one size fits all here
Balance your approach with a ‘strategic head’ on for the Irish business and a ‘JFDI’ head-on for Wholesale being prepared to roll your sleeves up and do some door-knocking when required!

FMCG or Consumer Goods sales/account management experience within the wholesale channel
An understanding of the complexities of the Route to Market within wholesale knowing not just how to engage, but why it’s important to engage stakeholders across the business set-up
P&L understanding
A ‘dooer’ who is a self-starter and passionate about sales and account management
Confidence yet humility
A hard-working, genuine character!
