Head of Sales

Cavendish Maine have been retained by Mitchell and Cooper to recruit a new Head of Sales.

Mitchell and Cooper are a market leading, design led business supplying and manufacturing a range of commercial catering and bar equipment. Their products are sold throughout the UK and Globally.

We are looking to speak to experienced and ambitious sales professionals from the commercial catering industry.

This person will know the market and how the commercial foodservice industry operates. On offer is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next step in sales management.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of success from within the industry either from a manufacturer or distributor. Candidates who work in National Accounts looking to move up or be already managing a small sales team could be suitable.

This person will be –

• Results driven and take ownership of the team’s success.
• Responsible for setting the annual sales budget and periodically measuring and rewarding the team in accordance with the KPI’s set.
• An ambassador for the company and drive the name within the industry to increase sales and our reputation.
• Able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve set targets.
• Analytical and able to spot trends and gaps in the market to maximize sales for each of the company’s products and brands.

You will work with marketing to build and execute campaigns designed to increase sales both in the UK and internationally, supporting existing B2B distributors and finding new partners to further expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Management of and growth of the UK sales team
• Setting strategies for maintaining and growing sales
• Setting budgets by sales area
• Target setting and reporting
• Manage sales pipeline and Key UK accounts
