• Highly energetic and genuinely enthusiastic about the products and category as a whole
• Exceptional attention to detail, organised and creative
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work at pace
• Adaptable and able to prioritise workload, not compromising on quality
• Comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy
• Gained a minimum of 2 years experience in a Branded FMCG / Consumer Goods business

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Budget Responsibility
• Taking the lead in the development and implementation of best practice solutions in range, visibility and promotions to deliver flawless activation
• Developing tactical solutions with the sales team to drive brand in customer/ channel performance
• Develop and launch promotional plans
• Organising and managing trade shows and events
