Business Development Manager

North East: Tyne & Wear OTE £30k per annum + Bonus

Caffe Vinci are a family owned, quality focused, North East coffee company, with a strong brand image. We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, well organised individual with links to the Hospitality Industry. This is a knowledge- based industry, the successful candidate will be supported with comprehensive induction training and ongoing field-based support. The right person will be given time to develop fully, to achieve realistic targets and develop long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

The Role:

Field based, you will be required to meet a minimum daily site visit target to identify and secure new business.

Your role will include;

• Responsible for the Northumberland, Tyne & Wear and Durham or North Yorkshire Area
• Deliver growth through new business and existing customer development.
• Delivering Coffee Tasting sessions to prospective new accounts.
• Communicate and implement Seasonal / Product promotions with customers
• Effective and efficient administration and planning.
• Develop and enhance training across your customer base including in-house courses and quality audits.

The Person:

To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager you must possess the following;

• Coffee or Hospitality Industry sales experience would be ideal but not a prerequisite.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills are essential with strong sales and negotiating experience.
• Professional and customer focused approach.
• Target driven with motivation and passion for identifying and delivering new business.
• Full UK Driving Licence
