Being in-person, together with our colleagues and other key stakeholders can take many forms including going into the office, traveling to engage customers or consumers, interfacing with our frontline associates at their facilities, or hosting a conference or team offsite.
- Planning and designing annual capability initiatives for the UK & Ireland commercial team to support the Company's strategic objectives.
- Work alongside line manager to design and create capability solutions that address specific needs and challenges affecting sales performance. Provide a full range of learning solutions by understanding, responding and proactively acting on insights, expectations, needs and requirements.
- Customise and launch the sector sales training programs & initiatives covering all aspects of channel sales and customer management.
- Excellent cooperation with Sales Channel Managers, HRBP, the L&D function and other BUs to support the developmental agendas of individuals, line managers & leaders.
- Constantly assess to identify capability gaps; develop and implement solid corrective action plans according to the business strategy.
- Ensure execution KPI's to measure and track productivity / results to demonstrate value-add.
- Work with external training agencies to build programme content and deliver impactful courses that build BU capability, confidence and a positive learning culture.
- Managing internal communications through newsletters, emails, Time Out updates etc to ensure learning solutions are widely promoted and prioritised.
- Support the management of Ring of Honor and Passion for Excellence R&R agendas.
- Continuously find ways to simplify and improve the quality of our internal capability reporting, administration and assessment.
- Strong sales experience in a range of sales channels and/or HR or L&D experience is preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrational skills to manage the admin that comes with a core course programme (including invites and tracking attendance). Basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Teams, etc is preferred.
- Experience of developing sales skills through development/delivery of training programs being a confident presenter and facilitator.
- Experience of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders from different functions.
- Extremely strong interpersonal, questioning and listening skills. Possess the capability to interact with all levels across the organisation and rally them towards a common goal.
- Builds talent, coaches and is able to provide feedback in a clear, constructive and motivational manner.
- Analytical and process-minded.
