Role Details:
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Reporting to: Account Manager
Salary: Competitive
Working Hours : 37.5 Hours per week

Role Purpose:  Working in partnership with client and retailer supply chain colleagues to ensure stock orders, stock on hand in depot & stores and for events & new product launches are met in full and on time. The role will play a key part in our clients supply chain team, improving the delivery levels of stock to key retailers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Managing Flow of Goods in Client & Retailer Supply Chain

• To build relationships with the client supply & commercial teams and their retail customer supply chain teams.
• To build relationships across our Client with regular and frequent contact including attendance at internal and external supply chain meetings.
• Utilise the SKUtrak platform to ensure stock levels are maintained and influenced as appropriate at depot and store level, to ensure the highest levels of on shelf availability and compliance to agreed activity.
• To actively identify and exploit the opportunities to improve on shelf availability and compliance.

Operational analysis & Reporting
• Provide weekly analysis of the flow of goods and service levels.
• To build and deliver regular data reports to the Client on a frequent basis, ensuring to deliver insight and recommendations to drive performance improvement.
• To take ownership for ensuring all system generated reports are delivered accurately and to an agreed schedule.
• Lead the analysis on supply chain operational efficiencies.

Impact analysis
• To provide analysis and visuals on new product launches and reasoning for success.
• To deliver distribution compliance and opportunity analysis.
• To deliver availability analysis, highlighting gaps and opportunities.


• Retail and/or FMCG experience
• Advanced Excel
• Intermediate/Advanced PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing
• Target driven with good time and task management skills
• Self-motivated, confident and determined
• Administration and organisational skills

• Power BI
