I'm seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to join a thriving agricultural and fresh produce business.

This business prides itself on delivering top-quality products to its customers, ensuring every harvest meets the highest standards. With a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement, they're looking for an Operations Manager to lead their dedicated team to even greater heights of success.

What you'll be doing:

The main goal of your role is to manage the team to deliver high-quality products, adhering to specifications and timelines, whilst simultaneously inspiring and developing the team to enhance results through innovative approaches, improved efficiency, and seamless teamwork.

Achieving Operational excellence through CI projects and the development of your team will be an ever-present task in your role especially enabling your managers to autonomously optimise processes within their team.
Full P&L responsibility will be directly shared between you and the senior grower on-site to maximise financial outcomes.

What you'll need:

* Operational Management experience within a Food, Fresh Produce, Ag or Hort industry will be crucial.
* Strong leadership and development skills to maximise your team's performance.
* Ability to prioritize and drive results through the team at a fast pace.
* Good knowledge of lean techniques.
* Strong communication skills and effective staff management.
* Understanding of harvesting requirements.
