Launched in 2016 and on a mission to create the most delicious gluten-free Italian food in the world. We already have innovative ranges across chilled, frozen, and ambient both in and out of home, and this is only the beginning!

We are expanding the team across both our Oxford site, where our bakery is based, and our London office, where alot of the commercial team spend their day-to-day.

On top of this, we are upgrading our production line, which will give us a bigger and better product, alongside a more efficient process.

This leadership position requires a strong and diverse knowledge of the food sector as well as a practical understanding of supply chain. This is a pivotal role working alongside the COO and as part of the Senior Management Team.

What you’ll be doing:

Oversee all supply chain activities within White Rabbit, reporting directly to COO.

Lead, motivate, and support a skilled team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Direct line management of 2 team members.

Own the budgeting, expenditure, reporting, and operating policies in the department, including Raw Materials, Logistics, and Overheads spend.

Run the Sales and Operations planning process, working in collaboration with the Factory Manager and Demand Planner to create the production plan for our in-house bakery, and ensure capacity to fulfil the sales plan.

Own the relationship with our outsourced manufacturers, raw materials suppliers, and third-party logistics companies, managing procurement to supplier service.

Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures throughout the supply chain to enable our growth, achieve our budget plans, and drive savings.

Analyse the supply chain functions and metrics, problem-solving issues and implementing initiatives.

Report service, logistics, working capital, and other supply chain KPIs to the COO.

Member of the Senior Management team.

Requirements

Experience in P&L management and Supply Chain positions.

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a manufacturing business in the food sector, leading and managing teams.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, and operational management.

Strong problem-solving analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Excellent Excel skills and IT skills.

Demonstrate the ability to grow in a fast and dynamic manufacturing company.
