£35-40,000 Basic, Open Ended Commission (High Earnings Potential) + Company Car
Our client is already the undisputed market leader in pre-school and nursery toys and as the result of a recent joint venture, has now extended its range to toys for older children including wheeled toys ( bikes, skates, boards etc ) as well as a limited range of children’s gifting products. Their already rosy future is looking even brighter!
The current customer base is predominantly the independent toy shop channel ( including many members of the Toymaster buying group ), however the expanded product range includes products ideally suited for the garden centre channel. Exposure to either the independent toy shop and / or independent garden centre channels, whilst not essential would be very much an advantage. Our Client is happy to consider motivated and proactive salespeople from any sector - attitude & sales ability are much more important here than specific category experience.
The job holder will be expected not only to manage the existing account base to its optimum advantage, but also to exploit the considerable potential for new business.
In return for your hard work and dedication our client is prepared to pay a basic salary of between £35-40,000 plus company car in addition to a very lucrative commission scheme that could realistically double the basic salary, however the earnings are uncapped so it is possible to earn substantially more than this if you are prepared to work hard and adopt a go getter attitude.
