  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts, including market research and advertising.
  • Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate and develop the marketing strategy and plan based on the company's objectives and budget.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, aiming for maximum ROI.
  • Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and align the marketing plan accordingly.


A successful Marketing Director should have:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Proficiency in various marketing software and applications.
