Senior NAM - International (Toys)


The Senior NAM - International (Toys) will be responsible for the following:

  • taking full responsibility for a major international customer
  • driving the commercial relationship with a team of buyers
  • manage the JBPs, line reviews, sell through analysis, forecasting and all other relatable admin
  • work closely with marketing in order to deliver strong trade plans / sell through, promotional buys and work with the product development team where necessary
  • good understanding of container planning and consolidation along with supply chain understanding, product proposals, factory and loading aspects also.
  • continue to monitor overall sales performance and make recommendations for further growth and commercial opportunities.

  • Profile

    The Senior NAM - International (Toys) - will come with the following skills:
    • previous experience in national accounts looking after a major domestic or international customer e.g. Tesco, Smyths, Walmart etc.
    • self-starter, someone who can work autonomously
    • excellent commercial acumen, as well as financial and P&L skills
    • experience of customer planning, as well as creating, developing and executing strategy
    • excellent organisation and presentation skills
    • able to commute on a regular basis to the West London / home counties area to the office - the role does require an office presence as well as an appetite for international travel for customer visits and industry shows and exhibitions

    Job Offer

    £60,000 to £70,000 salary, depending on experience, plus OTE and benefits package.
