The CEO has set a fast growth plan across this Yorkshire based food group.

Several UK acquisitions have added to their existing global portfolio within the branded and own label food markets they operate within, creating a portfolio which buyers respect for their pragmatic and customer based focused approach.

To continue their growth, the UK Sales Director seeks to compliment the retail team through the appointment of account managers able to oversee and strategically develop retail customers.

These could include any of the top 4 plus discounters such as Aldi and Lidl.  In these partnerships, you’ll be responsible for developing a strategic relationship through managing the retailer JBPs which will involve understanding and balancing the volume v value matrix to maximize margin and profitability.

Pace will be fast and at times unrelenting, with exposure to a breadth of business challenges.  To meet these, you’ll combine your 5 -10 years commercial experience with a high drive to achieve, and an ambition to develop your career with some of the best in the industry.

Achievement of key milestones will be rewarded with promotion and development towards senior leadership roles in either this business unit or others across the group.
