The role of an International Sales Manager/National Account Manager in the Toys industry requires USA dynamics knowledge and retailer experience. The role requires someone to effectively scout new business (virgin territory within the largest toy market in the world, USA) and effectively manage existing business, too.

Description

The successful International Sales Manager / National Account Manager will:
  • Leadand manage national accounts for maximised profitability and growth.
  • Work independently against pre-agreed goals. No cold calling (per se), existing contacts will be managed by you and you will need to carry out daily follow ups.
  • Develop strong relationships with key retailers and brand partners.
  • Implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Adhere to all company policies and sales procedures.


Working Days/Hours, at the moment are:

Monday - Thursday (in office, within Buckinghamshire) - standard hours are 08:30 - 17:30 / flexi time available: start 07:30 (16:30, finish) OR 09:30 (18:30, finish)

Friday's - 08:30-2pm (Working From Home)

Profile

A successful National Account Manager should have:
  • Toy Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Could have wider exposure across multiple departments such as Product Development/QA understanding (i.e. localisation/USA testing/vendor compliance)
  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the USA market is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and market dynamics (USA).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM systems.
