The ambient category manager will be responsible for collecting and presenting insights across ambient products, to deliver on ambitious growth plans.

Description
- Nurture, grow and leverage category relationships across grocery channels
- Deliver credible, insight led recommendations to drive growth in the category
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to increase sales and profitability
- Influence decision makers to increase share of space and in store visibility
- Collect and gather data to build compelling stories
- Present to decision makers, supporting sales team in 360 account management
- Understand buyer patterns and market trends to stay ahead of the competition, and identify gaps and opportunities
Profile
A successful Category Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Proven experience in category management within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office and category management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
