A Sales Manager is sought in the Healthcare industry, to lead and develop a vibrant sales team, driving sales strategies, and expanding the client base.

My client is a rapidly growing, private equity backed company that has moved from start-up to scale up in under 2 years.
With plans to continue to grow and become the leaders in their market, the culture is faced-paced and ambitious. They're now looking for a proven and driven sales manager to spearhead their trajectory.
Description
- Hold overall responsibility for sales conversions across your team
- Manage and coach a team of sales executives, including reviewing calls and 121's
- Define and set KPIs, define sales success and guide on strategy
- Analyse, optimise and own the sales funnel to increase conversion rates
- Ensure CRM system (Hubspot) and leads are kept clean and organised on a daily basis
- Assist your team with calls as and when required
- Be daring and innovative to maximise productivity within your team
Profile
- Must have experience in a high-energy, phone-based sales role
- Track record of closing sales/booking appointments essential
- Experience of leading a team preferred
- Needs to be an expert in funnels, buyer journeys and conversion tactics
- Must have experience in Hubspot
- Open to industry and background providing proven sales experience
- Able to travel to a London based office 2 days a week
