This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company. The Role:

  • Your role will be focused on becoming a category expert. Developing strong, collaborative, action led relationships with key stakeholders in store, to grow sales and ensure availability across your designated territory.
  • Supporting your stores in growing the whole battery category, by improving instore processes, ensuring compliance, and creating a joint business plan to ensure success.
  • Reviewing and analysing sales performances and category trends across your territory to identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Providing training to store staff to build their knowledge and awareness of the products and the overall battery category.

What will you need to be our Category Sales Development Manager?

  • An understanding of category management and principles.
  • Ready to immerse yourself into a category development role, drive long term systemic fixes and ultimately drive sales for Duracell.
  • Can understand and assimilate data and articulate insight, opportunities and performance.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen.
  • Can articulately provide detailed insight to identify opportunities and face into challenges identified in stores.
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic, motivated & driven.
  • Be a tenacious, detailed individual with a can do attitude.
  • IT literate.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in grocery and/or high street retail or FMCG sales.
  • A flexible and results-driven approach.
  • The desire to take your career - as well as the Duracell brand - from strength to strength.
