Signature Career Management is partnering with an organisation who are embarking on a transformational journey to breathe life into iconic FMCG brands. You will be joining a business that offers the industry’s top career development and employs high performers who challenge the status quo! Exciting right?
This is a rare and unique opportunity where you will be responsible for managing the largest and most critical grocery account and leading the 2024 commercial strategy. You’ll be filling the boots of the current Head of Grocery and you’ll be given the dotted line support from an experienced Commercial Executive to assist with admin. Every day will be different and there will be challenges to overcome, to be successful you’ll need an entrepreneurial flair and showcase resilience, adaptability, and most importantly enthusiasm.
The role will include –
- Take full ownership of the Tesco Group – a critical account for the business. Optimise an already established account and gain new listings across the group. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve account performance. Bring life to heritage FMCG brands and leverage 2023 successes into 2024.
The next steps in your journey will lead to a Controller promotion. Are you ready to take on this responsibility?
Key requirements –
- Experienced managing a high-value Grocery/High Street account. Personality and lots of it! Proven track record of impressive incremental growth. Strong commercial acumen and resilience to negotiate JBPs at head office. Adaptability, Entrepreneurial, Self-Starter, Tenacious and resilient, Inquisitive, challenging mentality. Team player driven on total business delivery.
